2020 Classes - schedules forming now!

We offer a variety of weekly exercise classes: Aqua, Yoga, Zumba, Zumba Gold, Zumba Toning, Seated classes, Strength, Total Body Fitness, and more!

We offer classes weekly. If you are beginning a new program, ask us about classes scheduled twice per month or other customizable schedules!

Wellness Workshops and Programs: Meditation and Sound Therapy are part of our Mind Body program. Ask us more about scheduling these workshops!

Bellydance classes are a fun way to exercise. Our experienced belly dance instructor teaches classes seated or standing depending on participants' needs.
