Foresight Fitness partners with your retirement community as a vendor to offer onsite fitness programming.  Our programming is customized to your needs.  We have the capacity to be your primary fitness provider or we offer specialty classes to complement your existing program.

MEDITATION THROUGH MINDFULNESS

Discover happiness through meditation. Our exclusive program offers regular workshops and practices with our expert facilitators from the Bhavana Community.

YOGA & CHAIR YOGA

Classes are designed for all levels to strengthen muscles, increase balance and focus on a healthy alignment.

TONING AND STRENGTH

Classes are offered seated or standing.  Using light weights and bands to increase muscle mass and increase stability.

ZUMBA GOLD

Zumba Gold, one of our most popular classes is taught seated or standing.  This low-impact, fun cardio-style class is loved by all.

SOUND THERAPY

Our master of sound therapy presents workshops to relieve stress, anger, and insomnia.  Using sound to find a better way of being.

AQUA CLASSES

Aquatic classes are essential as they serve all levels and abilities.  Low impact and increased strength and range of motion.

BELLY DANCE

Classes are offered seated or standing. Focuses on improving balance, developing core stability, and upper body range of motion.

Customized workshops centered around simple healthy snacks to complement your lifestyle.  When selecting this program menu items are made available for your selection.

TEA TIME

Residents enjoy this workshop and learn the health benefits of tea.  Multiple types of tea are discussed as well as proper steeping of tea.  We sample different varieties of tea and enjoy a social exchange.

SOMATIC EXERCISE

Somatic exercises often focus on gentle movements and activities that promote body awareness, relaxation, and sensory stimulation. These exercises are designed to be accessible and enjoyable for people with varying levels of cognitive impairment.

AQUA FITNESS

Aquatic classes are customized to the participants.  Developing muscle strength and increased range of motion is key in this class.

WALK FOR WELLNESS

Weekly class on a specific route on your campus. Class includes a warm-up, walking exercise on a designated route, a health topic, and cool down.  Great class for all levels.

BETTER BALANCE

The seated class specifically focuses on improving balance for everyday use.  Balance can be regained with proper instruction and practice.
